EIS wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Taking pride in the quality workmanship of our products, we maintain very high quality control standards and all our garments are inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. Please inspect all merchandise immediately and report any shortages or damages. Shortages, damages and picking and packing errors must be reported to the EIS customer service department at info@eis-wear.com within 15 (fifteen) days of merchandise receipt.

If granted, a return authorization (RA) will be issued. All merchandise returned without an authorization will be refused. Only defective merchandise or merchandise that does not match the purchase order can be accepted for credit, exchange or refund. Return or exchange merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. EIS is not responsible for shipping charges for the returns. Any merchandise returned or exchanged which has had tags removed or has been worn shall be accepted for credit or exchange at the sole discretion of EIS. EIS is not responsible for merchandise which has not been cared for properly or has been abused.
